Cloverdale
is located in the northern section of the wine-rich
Alexander Valley, the largest grape-growing
region in Sonoma County. Vineyards and numerous premium
wineries border the City to the south, while the majestic
redwoods tower over Cloverdale to the north.
Recreation
and nature abound in this beautiful part of northern
California, with access to the 70-acre Cloverdale
River Park and a number of other parks.
Cloverdale
is also just minutes from Lake Sonoma. The lake is
surrounded by Sonoma County vineyards and land rich
in history. This provides the perfect setting for
a wealth of recreational activities.
Bicycling
is another popular activity in Cloverdale and Sonoma
County. Cloverdale offers three great loops through
wine country.
