English Tea Garden Inn Policies
The
Room Rates:
We
are happy to offer several choices of rooms at various
rates (plus 10% tax). All room rates are based on double
occupancy and include a delicious and bountiful breakfast.
We welcome Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
You may also secure your reservation by personal check,
within one week of making your reservation.
Cancellations:
If you must cancel your reservation please do so at
least seven days prior to your arrival date. After that
time, you will be charged the amount of your first night's
stay; however we will issue you a "Cancellation
Voucher" for that amount which you may use at another
time. A $25 cancellation fee will be charged for all
cancellations. At certain times of the year, a two night
minimum is required; please check with the innkeeper.
Check-In:
You may check-in anytime after 4:00 pm. Please advise
us if you expect to arrive prior to 4:00 pm or after
8:00 pm. Check-out time is 11:00 am.
Additional
Details:
• We will be happy to make recommendations and
reservations for you at local restaurants and activities.
• We have a smoke-free inn. Smoking is permitted
outside on the porch and in the gardens.
• Gift certificates are available.
• We cannot accommodate pets; they will be happier
at home.
